community Rules & Regulations

1. Owners are responsible for their property and how it affects the community and areas outside their property boundaries. 

2. Owners are responsible for water flow and creating proper drainage off their property into the drainage system. 

3. All properties must be kept clean and free of trash and excessive vegetation. 

4. All properties must have proper erosion control. 

5. Parking of vehicles, trailers outside your property boundaries or on public roads for more than 24hrs is prohibited. 

6. Any parties held by owners or renters, loud music, noise and other disturbances are not to start until 7am and are to be concluded by 10pm. 

7. Animals that bark or make excessive noises between the hours of 9pm to 7am should be contained or removed from the community. 

8. All animals should be on a leash or controllable by their owners while in the public areas of the community. 

9. Burning of trash is prohibited. Controlled burning of vegetation is allowed. 

10. Use of environmentally dangerous chemicals that can enter the ground water table or ocean is prohibited. 

11. Dumping trash or littering in the community is illegal. Trash can be deposited in the community trash bins or a location outside of the community. 

12. Aggressive behavior or violence within the community is strictly prohibited. If you have a sensitive matter or issue that cannot be resolved peacefully, please request assistance from the HOA or local law enforcement. 

13. In order to build, you must be up to date on your HOA dues.
