Annual Fees

The Annual fees for the services package is $1,660.00. The services package includes Security, Roads, Trash and Water Services. The full services package is required to receive any service and is not able to be separated by individual services. 

If you have a Well, there is a 15% discount and your service package would be $1,411.00 excluding water.

Additional Fees:

Water: $250 New Connection donation- This one time cost covers the connection access at the street. Homeowner is responsible for running pipes from the street to the home as well as  their internal home pipes and pipes that feed their tanks. We provide the connection at the road if currently in the water grid pipe network. If your home is in an area without a current pipe feed, expanding the water pipes to your home will be at the owners expense in addition to the $250 connection fee.

Emergency water supply  is available on days in which water services ice is not provided for $30 per home as needed. Water supply fee must be paid to the water manager prior to water being supplied.

$150.00  Pool Filling Fee for New Pools or Pools that have to be drained and refilled.

Trash: $150.00 One Time- New Owner Activation
